Allen Bradley 1769 ECR

The Allen Bradley 1769 ECR is an essential right-end bus terminal cover for the Compact I/O system. Its absence or damage will directly cause the backplane to report errors and abnormal I/O communication, resulting in equipment shutdown. The original equipment in overseas sites is difficult to obtain, and inferior second-hand parts are prone to causing unstable bus connections. As a professional supplier of discontinued AB industrial control spare parts, Feimu Technology offers original factory disassembled good products that have been tested on the backplane. It is available worldwide for customers to use in the maintenance of old CompactLogix equipment and as a spare part reserve, to avoid bus failures and reduce production line downtime losses.

The Allen Bradley 1769 ECR is located on the right side of the 1769 I/O module and is used to complete the FlexBus bus terminal matching, ensuring the integrity of the backplane signals. It is widely applied in overseas manufacturing, water treatment, and packaging inventory automation equipment. As a professional supplier targeting overseas markets, Feimu Technology has completed backplane identification and bus connection detection for all incoming products. It screens out goods with aged or damaged contacts and refurbished ones. Once received, these products can be directly assembled and used in the factory, meeting the requirements for rapid repair and replacement by overseas factories.

FAQ

Q1. Whether to belong to the I/O modules?

It isn't. Allen Bradley 1769 ECR does not provide digital, analog or communication function, is only used to protect system structure and the bus terminal.

Q2. If there is no installation, can have what effect?

1769 I/O bus may not be able to correct termination, may cause the controller can't identify the I/O configuration, communication exception or system failure.

Q3. When installation, do you need the software configuration?

Don't need to separate the software configuration. It belongs to the hardware terminal component, the system automatically completes the bus connection after the installation is correct.

Q4. Can it be installed while powered on?

Is not recommended. Install or remove the former should shut down the system power supply, avoid the damage module or control system anomalies.

Q5. How can one determine if the installation is normal?

Customer cases and evaluations

An overseas manufacturing factory had a right end cover damage on the I/O group, and the system continuously reported backboard faults. The I/O site could not recognize. The Fumei Technology purchased the original 1769 ECR and completed the installation through cross-border delivery. The backboard communication returned to normal, and the fault was directly eliminated.

Customer: It is difficult to buy reliable original terminal covers in the market. Receiving them directly enables us to use them. This helped us solve the troublesome problem of I/O backboard error reports.
